Easter this year had some highs and some lows. The first low was that Jeff wasn't here to share Easter with us. He had left the day before on a trip to Japan. Bummer. We missed not having him here. The second low point was the terrible weather. It was cold and rainy...that's not suppose to happen on Easter. I think that the Oregon weather man forgot that Easter is suppose to be sunny, warm and beautiful. Oh wait, that happens in Arizona. Anyway...Sunday morning was a bit hectic because I had Sharing Time at church and I knew that Presley had invited her school teacher to come join us at Sacrament Meeting so we needed to be there early. Just as we were getting ready to walk out the door I remembered that I hadn't taken any pictures of the kids. So, after a few hurried shots we were on our way.
The high point of Easter Sunday was that Presley's teacher did come to church. She is not a member of our church and I admire Presley for her courage in asking her teacher to come. Presley was thrilled! Presley is such a good example to us when it comes to missionary work.
